Situation
There is a need for change in the use of technology in a large Dutch bank. GTP has been asked to develop a concept that is based on Service Oriented Architecture (SOA).
In this concept, the client is no longer dependent on technology, because not an application but a service is purchased.

Decision

• A complete inventory of all technology and software that is being used
• Developing a process that leads to the processing and analysis of data
• Developing a process that leads to the flow of data into current Configuration Management Databases (CMDB’s)

Action

• Direction and contact for the inventory process
• Cooperation with the India based supplier in order to coordinate all activities
• Responsibility for the inventory of the end result
